He will lobby the President with the Transporting Machine (he nicknames it “Brigid II”) proposal: one that can save the environment from the Greenhouse Gas emissions that occur when airplanes fly in the sky. “Brigid II” can transport the equivalent of a planeload of people without airplanes flying in the sky.
The President adopts the proposal and uses it as a platform for his re-election campaign. During the campaign, the majority of the electorate find the proposal so appealing that he is elected for a second consecutive term.
